The Student ACES Center opened its doors in 2019, a safe place for students to learn and grow. The building included lounge areas, a computer lab, a conference room and a game room. In the Summer of 2020, construction began on the old bank tellers, enclosing the area to almost double the size of the building. Construction took longer expected due to COVID and supply shortages.
It was in that time that the Student ACES team studied after school centers across the nation, to work towards transforming the SAC into an intentional and purposeful learning center. And with that and the addition of Phase 2, the building underwent a total transformation turning every aspect of the building into a learning opportunity! The revamped building launched with the Passport Program in Fall of 2022
