The Student ACES for Leadership Miami program sponsored by Florida Power & Light Company is offered in single-day leadership summits hosted at local university campuses and institutions in Miami-Dade County. The program is designed for high school juniors and seniors from both public and private high schools. Students learn about leadership values and traits such as honor, integrity and character and will have the opportunity to network with business and community leaders.  Participants receive take-home curriculum and have the opportunity to learn about internships and careers options in the energy sector and related disciplines.
